Talk about a tough one!!!! I’m one of those that has a problem remembering ANY of my gifts…well…not exactly…I remember what I got…just not from who….so you would think if I remember what I got and not who gave it to me then a dissapointment would be fine since I wouldn’t know who to blame…but heck…I can’t think of a dissapointment… I can tell you the most surprised gift I ever got…my step father Todd got me China for Christmas one year…talk about not expected!!! More like dumbfounded…I couldn’t believe my eyes…now girls…get this…he even picked the pattern!! YES…risky you say…yep…but he is good! And no kidding I LOVED the pattern!!! So needless to say I watch the sales and get more sets every chance I get 
We got a big family…so we have to have lots of sets I’m sorry you all I couldn’t come up with a dissapointment for ya…we do have a running joke in the fam. At some point someone was giving a gift and it was a gag gift and it was a “tacky” frog…well…that has stuck and since then the goal is to get the tacky gift and pass it along…well…one year someone (again don’t ask me who…don’t remember ) got this tacky and I do mean tacky shell multicolored fish vase…well…the buying of new tacky gifts stopped and this poor fish got handed around…well…come my wedding…the fish comes back out! To ME! AUGH!!! I can’t believe I’m seeing this!!! consulation prize was that there was cash in the vase..but the vase…did Ireally get the vase??? Yep…so it is mine…and by golly it is sitting PROUDLY on our fireplace mantle!! This one is a trip…I’ll take a picture when I get home so you all can see it in all its glory….and yes I know someone out there wouldn’t think it was tacky…but unless you decorate your home with a beach theme…this poor guy just won’t fit in! So how is that for ya…my dissapointment gift (alibet not a x-mas gift) is proudly displayed for the world to see Bet that doesn’t happen everyday !!!
