52 Friday Challenge: Growth – QuirkyK’s interpretation

I’ve decided to give the 52 Friday Photography challenge a try thanks to the Bloom Forum   So I joined group 8 and this weeks (19) theme was Growth.

And where did my wonky mind go with this…If you care to follow my Topsy Turvey madness here is the route I took :  (otherwise just enjoy the pictures )  As one might expect my first thought of growth at this perfect time of year gravitated to the abundance of new plants springing forth.  But as usual my mind didn’t stop there!  Then I thought about the growth in my life, which brought me to my surge of creativity lately.  About the same time I got a package in the mail.  And low and behold it is the perfect blend of nature and creativity!  While not my creativity it just fit!  I know what on earth am I talking about…  Without further ado, here are a few shots of my fabulous light and fluttery butterfly necklace courtesy of the talented Derya Aksoy.

And here is a shot taken after my little girl informed me that a butterfly likes to SIT on things not hang!
