Spring has come, and those fields are ripe for picking!! YUM YUM! Strawberry Shortcake, Strawberry Pretzel salad, scrumptious smoothies, oh just all of my favorite strawberry recipes have just jumped to the head of the to do list! And what strawberry season would be complete without a few festivals!! As luck would have it we will be enjoying one of those very festivals and in 3 short days!!! This Saturday from 9am – 4pm you will find the QuirkyTrio and our wonderful quirky products enjoying a bit of sun and splendor at the 11th Annual Strawberry Festival in our very own greater Cleveland community! Be sure to stop by and see some of our work in PERSON!!

Thought you all might like to see what my little fingers have been working on! I got a random idea to make a necklace featuring a nest with gemstone eggs..but of course that means there has to be a bird right!?! So needless to say I thought I’d sculpt one up (which mind you is turning out to be the portion of the necklace that will get the most focus, go figure!). Anyway, here is my progress after a few trial and error smushed wings! What do you think?

Well I wasn’t expecting masses, but free stuff and not ONE TAKER! I’m lost, is it the products that no one wants, or can I be delusional and hope that the posts are getting eaten up by Akismet the spam catcher?!?!? Or is it that the entry method is what is turning everyone off?
Alas, if I can’t get anyone to comment for freebies, why on earth would I get some feedback here.. No idea but it is worth a shot!
